Nomenclatural details
Cylindrothrips niger Moulton, 1949: 496.
Derothrips turneri Moulton, 1949: 494. Synonymised by Mound & Palmer, 1983: 76.
Biology and Distribution
This species apparently remains known only from two specimens.
