Biology and Distribution

Described from Kangawa pref., Honshu, Japan from Machilus thunbergii. Also taken from Ryukyu island from Styrax japonica, Arenga engleri, Miscanthus sinensis and leaf litter, Moraceae sp. and bamboo, Kyushu on Machilus thunbergii and Ardisia sieboldii and Izu-Shotou island from Ligustrum ovalifolium var. pacificum.
