Nomenclatural details
Uzelothrips scabrosus Hood, 1952: 143.
Biology and Distribution
Described from Belem, Para, Brazil. Apparently fungus feeding on dead twigs, this species has been recorded from Angola, Singapore and SE Queensland, Australia; one female from Sulawesi, Indonesia in BMNH.
