Nomenclatural details
Scolothrips tenuipennis zur Strassen, 1965: 30.
Biology and Distribution
Described originally from a single male taken in the Canary Islands from a grass tussock. Subsequently, the species was recorded from the Cape Verde Islands. Also, female was described from Iran.
