Nomenclatural details

Monilothrips kempi Moulton, 1929: 94.

Monilothrips montanus Jacot-Guillarmod, 1942: 64. Synonymised by Wilson, 1975: 173.

Biology and Distribution

Described from Mangpu, Darjling district, India (M. kempi) and Mamathes, South Africa from ferns (M. montanus).
