Nomenclatural details

Scirtothrips dignus zur Strassen, 1986: 104.

Scirtothrips montanus Berzosa & Maroto, 1988: 152. Synonym for S. dignus (Berzosa & Cano, 1990).

Biology and Distribution

Described from Greece from Juniperus phoenicea (S. dignus) and Spain (S. montanus).
