Nomenclatural details
Xenothrips malabarica Ananthakrishnan, 1965: 53.
Xylaplothrips nefrens Ananthakrishnan, 1972: 442.
Xenothrips luteus Ananthakrishnan & Kudo, 1974: 119.
Biology and Distribution
Described from India, X. nefrens from Dehra Dun on dry twigs, X. malabarica and X. luteus from chalakudi on bamboo spindles and dry grass.
