Biology and Distribution

Collected at Semarang, Java, from leaf gall on Piper sp. (L. pallipes), recorded from Honshu, Kyushu and Izu islands, Japan on Piper kadzura (G. kuwanai). Described from Kletak, East Java, Indonesia in leaf galls of Piper sp. (L. reynvaanae); described from Luzon, Philippines (G. piperis). Also from Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, and Queensland, Australia (Mound et al. 2023)
