Lamillothrips Bagnall, 1923: 630. Type species Lamillothrips typicus Bagnall, by monotypy.
Hylothrips Priesner, 1932: 336. Type species Hylothrips aethiopicus Priesner, by original designation.
Biology and Distribution
Three species from Africa are placed in this genus, but there is little evidence that they differ from each other (Mound & Palmer, 1983: 69).
