Nomenclatural details
Thrips pallida Beach, 1896: 226.
Biology and Distribution
Described from Iowa USA from bean, elm blueberry and hop. Also referred to Argentina, Galapagos Islands and Iraq. It is possible that this species represents a form of Scolothrips sexmaculatus that have developed at higher temperatures.
