Hercothrips fumipennis Bagnall & Cameron, 1932: 412.

Biology and Distribution

Described from Nigeria (H. impurus) and Sudan on cotton (H. fumipennis). Recorded from India on grass. Widespread in Central Africa on grasses, ground nuts, Tephrosia uniflora, onion, cotton, berseem, Heliotrophium sp., lucerne, garden beans and legumes.
