Nomenclatural details
Scolothrips latipennis Priesner, 1950: 54.
Biology and Distribution
Described from Cairo, Egypt, feeding on Eotetranychus cucurbitacearum on Citrullus leaves. Widely spread in Mediterranean countries, recorded from Australia.
