Genus information
Bolothrips (Carientothrips) Moulton, 1944: 306. Type species Bolothrips (Carientothrips) fijiensis Moulton, by monotypy.
Biology and Distribution
There are at least 20 species of this genus known from Australia and the Pacific Islands.
