Nomenclatural details
Trichaplothrips breviceps Bagnall, 1926: 550.
Trichinothrips branderi Bagnall, 1929: 605. Synonymised by Mound, 1968: 152.
Biology and Distribution
Described from Peradenyia, Sri Lanka (T. breviceps), predatory on Archipsoccus and Malaysia on Messua ferrea (T. branderi).
