Rohrthripidae

This family is known only from fossils, and comprises only one genus with two species. It is a member of the sub-order Tubulifera, but has 9-segmented antennae, and the fore wing has a prominent longitudinal vein that bears setae, in contrast to all other Tubulifera that are placed in the Family Phlaeothripidae.
