Biology and Distribution
Described from New York USA (H. fieldsi), England (T. amabilis) and Czech Republic (T. semicaeca). Recorded from Honshu, Japan (Okajima, 2006) and New Zealand (Mound & Walker, 1986). Occurs on dead branches and under bark of dead trees, fungus-feeder (Okajima, 2006).
