Described from California USA (A. flavipes, C. calicis, W. jonesi), Florida USA (C. citri, H. funki, H. oneco, K. weigeli), Cuba (H. cubensis), Mississippi USA (H. harnedi), Egypt on fig (H. longisetis), Louisiana USA (H. catchingsi, Z. pullus), Albania (T. ripicola) and Australia (Z. inermis).
