Biology and Distribution

Described from Florida USA (C. elongatus, H. pini, Z. bicolor), Cuba (H. cocois), Denmark (H. melaleucus, in a glasshouse), Japan (Okajima 2006). Occurs on grass, bamboo and dead leaves mainly in the subtropical regions. Predator.
