Biology and Distribution

Described from Molokai mountains, Hawaii USA; barbatus from Kona, under rotting log; ovatus from Haleakala, Maui; angusticeps from Kalae, Molokai; bicolor from Oahu; coprosmae from Nauhi, Hawaii.
