Genus information

Erythrothrips (Aduncothrips) Ananthakrishnan, 1963: 99. Type species Erythrothrips asiaticus Ramakrishna & Margabandhu, by monotypy.

Biology and Distribution

One species, A. asiaticus was found to be predatory on several different Thripidae but the feeding habits of other Aduncothrips species are not yet clear.
